At My Metal Garden, we are passionate about excellent customer service and meeting expectations. Therefore, we aim to despatch all orders within 1-5 working days, however your order can take up to 7 days to be delivered depending on your chosen delivery method.

Products Placed On Pre-Order:
If all your items purchased are on pre-order, your order will not be delivered until the date specified at the time of ordering. If your purchase consists of products in stock as well as products on pre-order, the available products will be despatched within our normal timeframe and the items on pre-order will be delivered until the date specified at the time of ordering. However, if the pre-ordered items are due into stock within the next two weeks, we will hold your entire order for one delivery at the earliest opportunity.

Standard Delivery:

A Standard UK Order is charged at £3.50.

Standard UK Delivery takes 3-7 working days.

There is FREE Standard UK Delivery on Orders over £125.

Sunday Delivery:

We currently do not offer Sunday Delivery.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
